To the dynamic automobile industry we are a reliable partner in production of a variety of injection molded interior components. In our ISO IATF accredited factories we carry out interior component projects for the leading automotive manufacturers.

We are experienced OEM, Tier 1 automotive supplier and manufacturer of automotive interior and exterior trim parts. Our product portfolio of interior injection molding components comprises plastic auto parts such as: dashboard elements (e.g.: glove compartment, door and window pillars), steering column trims, door handles, air vents, center consoles, roof modules, etc.

As a long-time manufacturing partner for a lot of Tier 2 automotive suppliers, we have molded over 200 parts, including bumpers and internal components, we're well-equipped to accommodate all of your of plastic injection molding needs.

Working with materials ranging from ABS and acetal to polyurethane and thermoplastic, our services are appropriate for small plastic parts through large components.

We offer flexibility in our production to accommodate your needs. We are experts with numerous commodity and engineering resins. We can manufacture parts weighing a fraction of an ounce to over 5 kilograms.

Rapid tooling
Molds with aluminum inserts with a life time of up to 20,000 runs. Machined in typically 2-3 weeks.
Production tooling
Traditional hard molds, machined in typically 4-5 weeks.
Single cavity molds
Molds containing only one cavity, producing one unit per run.
Molds with side-action cores
Cores slide out of the part from the side before it is ejected from the mold. This allows for undercuts to be molded.
Multi-cavity molds
Multiple identical cavities are machined into the mold tool. This allows for more parts to be produced per shot, minimizing the unit costs.
Family Molds
Several parts are designed into the same mold tool. This allows for the minimization of tooling costs.
